how do you find the oh it re form in the program

In ProSeries Professional, here are two ways:
1. On the OHIO IT 1040, click the Amended Return box on top of that form and the form IT RE will populate in Forms in Use.
2. In the forms column, scroll down to the bottom, > All Forms > Form IT RE
