How do you enter more than 3 countries on K2/K3?

I have about 15 countries to enter on the K2. When I enter more than 3 it crashes.  How do enter each country and amount on the K2?  OC, various or attachment are not available as options.  I can attach a schedule but what do I use as the description on the K2?

Proseries has expanded the number of lines for foreign income from multiple countries on Part II Section 1 of K2 input.  However I am limited to only 6 countries for foreign taxes paid on Part III Section 4.  How do I enter more than 6 countries for foreign tax?  Or how do I reference a statement as it appears to only allow for country code.

Has anyone resolved this issue.  I have about 75 countries to enter.
