How do is refinanced closing fees treated on rental property (condo)
Hello everyone
I have a client that has rental property that she rents out. The property was refinanced last year
Not sure how to treat the closing cost on her settlement statement. My research tell to Amortize it
over the period of the loan. If that is true ProSeries is asking for a IRC code. Where do I find the code?
