How do I turn off quickentry mode on a client?

I was in a hurry on an unfamiliar computer and I accidently hit yes to switch to quick entry, but I want to go back and I can't figure out how to do that.

I went back to the top of the form and there was an option to switch back.  I just couldn't see it at the time, as I was on a laptop and couldn't see the full screen.  I thought it was something that easy, but I couldn't see it until I scrolled back to the top.
