How do I submit OHIO rSchedule of Credits when they keep REJECTING?
The OAIS (Ohio Association of Independent Schools) Scholarship Granting Organization (SGO). I put the details on line 15, as I did in 2023, when it worked, and I attached the pdf receipt.
I get this rejection message: "An issue has been identified with the Ohio tax return, which is preventing it from being e-filed. To resolve this, please revisit the Ohio return and open the Schedule of Credits. Review the Scholarship donation credit ensuring that all required fields have been entered in the smart worksheet and the amount donated is greater than zero.
Another reason for this could be the first row is blank on the smart worksheet and entries are only on the second row. Do not leave first row blank." I've checked both things told to. Any other ideas how I get this to go through?
