How do I remove the working "DO NOT MAIL" "EFILE ONLY" from my local tax return form?

    If it is PA do an update.

      I have updated several times and the watermark is still on the form.  It is a PA return, local tax form

      it is also doing that on a NYC payment voucher for and scorp

       

      can't remove it and I've updated, etc etc
