How do I put the spouses name on the K-1 Form?

When I open a k-1 form taxpayers name always appears on the form.

you mean entering a K-1 into a 1040?  There should be a checkbox for spouse somewhere near the top.  You didnt include which flavor of K-1 youre referring to, but a 1065 K-1 has th e Spouse checkbox in Part II.

      The 1120S K1 also has a checkbox in part two for spouse
