How do i get past popup error on Financial Institution Download

I can not get the Financial Institution Download to work.  I've tried multiple browsers and turned off all blockers, that I can.  

Looks like a popup blocker prevented us from connecting to your bank.

Turn off your popup blocker, then try again. (481)
