How do I get my PTIN verfified?

Hi there,

The issues keep coming up. With same 1040NR that I had experienced some difficulties with the state returns, I was unable to create/convert the federal efile. The message said that my PTIN was not verified. 

Have any of you received the same message before? I was actually successfully e-filed several returns this season. 

Thank you for your help. Any input is appreciated.

This only affect some states.  That's why you're able to efile some but not others states.

It's as simple as checking the box to verify your PTIN.
