How do I fix "Type of Transaction" on form 593?

Hi Pros,

I'm working on a trust account, California State. CL sold a rental property and had RE Withholding. The form 593 from Escrow office shows type of transaction (line 35) "Conventional Sale/Transfer" but Proseries auto choose "Cash Poor". How can I change to "Conventional Sale/Transfer" transaction without override?

You should be able to check the right box, maybe one of the other checkboxes on page 1 of the 593 made that other option check automatically?

I just found out that if I input withholding amount on line 34, Proseries will pick "Cash Poor".
