How do I enter a form 499R-2 / W-2PR form from Puerto Rico into the tax return on proseries?

I have a client that received a W-2 form from Puerto Rico and I'm having trouble figuring out how to include it on the tax return. The form is 499R-2 / W-2PR.

Good evening -- did you ever figure out how to deal with the 499R-2 / W-2PR. ? I'm having the same issue. Did you take a credit for "foreign" taxes?
