How do I cancel ProSeries Basic

I want to discontinue using ProSeries Basic, and want to know how to cancel auto renewal.

You'll have to call in.  Nobody here has access to your account or can make any changes like that, sorry.  Do you have the renewal invoice that was sent?  There should be a phone number included.

    Cancel the credit card that they have on file.
