How do I add a state (Michigan) and take out a state (New York) as one of my 4 states

I have a 4 state license agreement but I need to take one of those states out as I will not use that state and add another state that I do need to use. How do I get this done?

you have to call customer service for this type of thing

    You can actually download all 50 states, but just license the 4 you need. Now if you already licesed the state you do not need then follow @Jim-from-Ohio  instructions.
