save them as pdf file and attach?

Most 3115's are sent with a copy of the tax return, along withy answers to questions on the 3115. This might include financial statements or other attachments.

Additionally, 3115's also need to be sent separately to Internal Revenue Service
M/S 6111, Ogden, UT 84201 (check to make sure that's still a correct address for this year).

Therefore I never e-file a return with a 3115, even if it's an automatic change. I want a wet signature approval by the taxpayer.
