How can I upload a copy of the client's tax return using intuit link for proseries?

I am new to intuit link.  How can I upload a copy of the client's tax return to the link portal?

upload a copy of the return into link or upload it from link into proseries?

if from link into proseries I'm pretty sure it cannot be done

I wanted to upload a copy of the completed return into link so that the client could access it in the portal.  It looks like I have to create an item in the requests, mark the box that shows "Act as taxpayer", then upload it there.  Does that sound right?  I saw some very old tutorials from 2018, so the current link doesn't look the same now.
