How can I fix error code S3-F1040-144? The return was rejected because of this error

My client received IHSS money (not taxable) and have two W-2s with 0 in Box 1 of the W-2.  The return was rejected because of the non zero in box 1.  How can I fix the error?

Remove the W-2.  There is no tax implication.  However, if you wish to include it you must enter $1 in box 1. Subtract the $1 under other income.
