How can I delete a penalty being calculated on pro series since this is preventing me from e-filing.

Cannot e-file MN return due to an underpayment penalty being calculated on MN form M15.  I tried deleting the form but it keeps reappearing.

Enter zero as the prior year tax on the form to kill the penalty.
