How can I customize my HomeBase information to include billing?

I'm using ProSeries Basic.  Can I customize my list of clients, and include billing, in my HomeBase?

Google says this:

ProSeries Basic does not support adding custom columns (like client address or specific data fields) to the standard HomeBase views.
