Question

How can i communicate more than once in Intuit Link?

Is there a way to communicate with clients securely beyond the initial interaction with Intuit Link?

For example, asking for SSN for a dependent.  I won't send that in email since email is not secure.  I cannot figure out in Intuit link how to converse, I can only do the initial send and customer's one reply.

In the right-hand corner of Link is a "Notify Client" button.  Press that and you should be able to communicate with the client via that means.  Personally, I don't communicate much using Link.  I prefer to use email, but that is just a personal preference.

you can create a request for each item you want or want to ask about then hit notify client

for quick questions with no personal info being sent I use email otherwise link for asking for a copy of the social security card for example

Agree, ljr.  I think Link can be more intuitive but it works well for what I use it for.  Mainly, it's a depository.  I primarily use email to communicate though.  I wish we could create folders within the client.
