Homebase Changes in Pro Series Basic

Im looking for instructions for changing the Homebase View for Pro Series BASIC. There's plenty of articles for Pro Series Porf but are there no options for Basic?

Basic is pretty basic so if you can't find anything, I am going to guess that it is a feature only available in Pro.
