Can you take a home office deduction for a landlord, and how do you get the calculation to roll to the Schedule E?

I use a dummy Sch C with the net profit of the rental as income, then print it and keep it in the file, I enter the OIH exp in Other Expenses on Sch E.

Dont forget to delete the dummy Sch C.
