HelloI am looking for a solution how to enter an adjustment amount in Schedule 1 Part II Line 24(z). I can't directly input any numbers there. Please help.

You use other adjustments to income smart worksheet bleow line 23 Sch.1

    What are you trying to adjust?   maybe someone can offer an alternative to Line 24z.

      I am trying to put Notice 2014-7 entry and the amount in the line 24(z).

      Medicaid waiver payments as difficulty of care payments excludable from gross income under section 131 of the Internal Revenue Code.

      Is the income reported on a W2?   Theres a place on the W2 worksheet to mark for this and the program will do it all for you.  Its way down near the bottom of the W2 worksheet, Part VI.
