Having trouble efiling a previous year return in ProSeries

I did the checks but I still can not efile - The message says, update Fast Path Info.  But it is updated.  Any ideas?

When the program is open, try clicking tools and then select license product.

    What year are you trying to efile ? 2020, 2021 and 2022 only years open for efling....just in case you are trying to send something older.

      After update, make sure to refresh update.
