We are experiencing slowness issues with ProSeries following the replacement of the server hosting the application data. The migration was carried out in accordance with the procedures and recommendations provided by Intuit for server replacement.Currently, our environment is structured as follows:Users at the office where the server is located:Workstation → Locally installed ProSeries → Network mapping → Server → ProSeries database/filesUsers accessing from other locations:User workstation → Remote Desktop Server (RDS) → ProSeries → Network mapping → Server → ProSeries database/filesIn the RDS environment, each user accesses the system via an independent desktop session, using their own user account and respective permissions. Thus, users do not share the same session or access profile.ProSeries runs within these individual RDS sessions, while the ProSeries data remains stored on the server via network mapping. The main point we would like to investigate is whether there are any additional configuration requirements or specific procedures recommended by Intuit for this scenario following the server replacement. The slowness became apparent after the change; therefore, we would like to verify if there are any settings related to ProSeries, file/database access, or communication with the new server that might be impacting performance.Could you advise us on what information, logs, or tests you recommend to identify the cause of the slowness?Thank you.
