Has anyone noticed an error on Form 7004 in a trust return after you successfully efiled the extension?
We had a payment due with Form 7004 in a trust return that was set to auto withdraw from a bank account. The payment was never taken out of the bank account. When I went back into the tax return, there was an error on the 7004 asking for officer's name. That error was not in the software when we efiled the 7004 and the report from Proseries shows the 7004 was efiled and accepted. I believe this error caused the payment not to be withdrawn from the bank account.
