Has anyone lost all preparers that had been saved in tools.

While in a client, when switching from Fed to State, all preparers suddenly disappeared.  And errors suddenly appeared.  When we went to tools, options, preparer information, no preparers were there.

 

What happened to cause this?

Computer gremlins? Haven’t heard of this before. Close, restart, run repairs if necessary 

If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround
