Has anyone had a problem with State taxes due payments not being withdrawn from client's bank accounts

I have had a client report to me that their taxes due to Vermont has not been withdrawn from their bank account. i checked and the ACH information is correct

I have the same problem in IL.  I set the payment date as 4/10 and efiled on 4/10 and as of today 4/29 the payment has yet to be withdrawn.  I don't know how to fix this.
