Has anyone else had trouble downloading Edward Jones 1099's to ProSeries

I keep getting an error saying the uid or pw is not correct and I have confirmed with my client is credentials to login to edwardjones.com

i do not do the direct download. but recently received edward jones 1099 statements via their secure portal. was able to access and print statements of clients with no problem. maybe just print it out, instead of direct download.
