Had to reinstall ProSeries Professional on stand alone computer. How do I restore clients completed already?

I have my clients in the program but how can I update the clients already done?

In a regular HB view   

Homebase > Homebase Maintenance

Then highlight them all in the Pending Tab and choose
Efile > Updated Acks of Selected Returns

to pull in all the EF acknowledgments.
