Form 8962

So I have filled in Form 1095-A for premium tax credit.  Proseries will zoom to and populate form 8962 for the PTC but will only populate down to line 25 and then just stops.  I do not know why.  I have not used this form extensively in proseries but I hear others have had problems.  Do I need to override something?  Is there a special worksheet for entry other than the form 1095-A?    Any advice is appreciated.  Help!

Federal information worksheet, scroll down down down to the section that asks if the TP or SP can be claimed as a dependent, those boxes have to be checked for the 8962 to calculate..
