Form 8283 is not being populated after entering non cash information on schedule A

Wondering if a product update created an issue for populating form 8283.   Anyone experiencing the same.  The contribution is stock to a private foundation.

earlier in the season I remember it being an issue, I thought it was resolved...you may need to close Proseries and use REPAIR UPDATES from the Windows programs menu
