form 7203 line 8a not populating

Like title says: form 7203 line 8a non-deductible expenses is not populating frmo K-1 and not allowing a direct entry EXCEPT via override which is generally avoided.

Have any of you handled this situation?

Item B: Nondeductible expenses just enter the amount for the current year

Try deleting the K-1 and see if a “fresh” K-1 works any better.

I have to Manually enter the Numbers from the K1 to the Form 7203.

I didn't know the 7203 will self populate from the k-1.

I never found any way to place entry on that line. I just override it so 7203 is correct. If you find some way to access that line; please post. Nothing posts automatically to 7203 so a new K1 won't work.

Easily to overlook!!!!

Took me awhile to find where I had entered it on the forms I completed.. lol
