Form 5695 Line 31

My client spent 1900 on energy saving water heater, he is supposed to get 570. After I entered everything on the worksheet correctly, the Energy Efficient Home Improvement Credit limit smart worksheet is not calculating, line 31 is blank, and line 32 is "0". 

So the credit 570 is not carried to the 1040. 

What is the problem?

    Did you check the boxes on lines 21a and 21b?  The credit wont compute until those are checked.   I just tested a dummy return, seems to work fine.

      I am having the same problem and yes I did check 21a&b as yes.  And I updated Proseries today...
