is populating even though all zeros on the form.. Form not ready until 01.30.2026 but 3800 not required for return in question. Trying to delete form does not really delete it. form stays in the forms in use

I am having this same problem.  I spent 30 minutes on the phone with support today.  The person on the phone agrees with me after reviewing all credit-related forms and worksheets, but the next level of support above her is still insisting that the form is needed if it is there.  The first-level support person I was talking to said I need to get more people to call about this.  So please contact support.  I think this same thing has happened in some prior years, and it will eventually get fixed, but maybe we can get it moved up.
