Form 2848 no longer auto-filling Part II

In Proseries 2023, when we would enter the preparer's code in the Representative section of the 2848, the Designation, Jurisdiction, and License Number would auto-fill from the preparer information. The 2024 software is no longer auto-filling this data. I looked everywhere in the settings but I don't see where it's an option. Any suggestions or is this an oversight in the 2024 software?

Sounds like the programmers missed a line of code when they created the 2024 form. You probably will have to wait and see if it gets updated.

Works fine for me in the 2024 1040 product.

Take a peek in the preparer/firm information settlings, make sure theyre all listed.

Yep, we all have a code B, GA, and our CPA License numbers added to our preparer code. It's baffling, for sure.
