"B" is the correct choice.
But I am getting an error message when I select anything other than "C".
I also get an error in box B1, even if I choose C.
And can I have the Executor DocuSign the tax return and form 1310?
(I understand that I have to attached the court document to the e-file.)
Thanks in advance, Christopher

What does the "error" say?  Is it just disallowing EFiling?  You may need to run through REVIEW to see the full error diagnostic.

If you check box B that is all you fill out (except for heading) are you trying to fill out anything in part 2 ?, also what is the error message, or is anything highlighted in red

The trick is that I can't e-file the return when B is checked since the letter from the court has not already been sent to the IRS.

Am having to send it in.

Thanks for your help.
