Good evening my customer has health insurance form.  they doesn't have any deduction on part B or C.  so I am getting an error message to add an amount i have 0.00 but still doesn't allow it.  what can i do to override to be able to file

Colum C must have an amount. you can google it to find amount for your client

i have the form and it is zero

You need to find the amount for Column B, the SLCSP amount, to know if they can qualify for PTC....unless youre sure their income is too high to qualify, then you can put 0.0 in all the boxes....or maybe it lets you leave them all blank?

Their income is high. And i tried to leave it in blank and the form continued with error. She bought the insurance with marketplace but she didn’t receive any discount.

Try to add the Annual Totals at the bottom of column A. (Monthly Enrollment Premiums) only without entering an amount into each month. Hopefully, that works.
