form 1040 Isn't printing in clients copies.

The form 1040 is selected in general printing to be printed with the client's copies, but only the state return is printed. Any suggestion?

Print the filing copy for the client ---------------- assuming that prints?

    Make sure that under File, Print options, Control Which Forms Print, that under Government forms across the board for Filing Copy, Client Copy, Preparer Copy all are marked "If required". 

    I had a weird issue with a form not printing and found it was marked "Never"
