for a partnership return i need to post on the first page that I'm filing as a "Disaster Relief" and i am filing it electronically how does that get posted?

IRS should know by the zip code on the return that theyre in a disaster area.  As far as I know, theres no way to add text to the front page a a return thats being Efiled, and no human will be reading it if there were.
