Partnership return.. no rental income and expenses so no 8825 issue.. The 8879-PE had a Do Not File watermark but the 1065 did not have one, nor did the K-1s.  We'll see if it gets accepted. Businsess efile supposedly opened up yesterday, January 15.

I've got a 1065 ready to go too and waiting on the 8879 to be marked final. How difficult can it be for the powers that be at Intuit to mark a form final that will have no changes made to it? This is ridiculous.

I was still able to print the reuturn, client sign the 8879 in spite of, efile the return, and get an IRS acceptance back fairly quickly

Yes, but my picky client is not going to want to sign a form that is marked not final, so we wait.....
