Firm/Preparer and license

2023 says I don't have a license and my name and address are grayed out and blank in firm/preparer category. Everything worked fine in 2023 and I was trying to amend a return when this happened.  I use Basic but have not used all 50 yet.

Problem solved after 9 hrs of tech support (3 days - different agents).  My virus protection was the problem.  My fault after all that!!!!

I have twice - 3 hrs each without a solution.  My issue has now escalated with Intuit, and they will call me back next week.

Have you purchased 2024 Basic yet and along with it Fast Path?  If not you may have to do that first before working on 2023 past the deadlines and IRS closure period.
