Filing Maryland LLC

Taxpayer has Maryland LLC. She has no income and no expenses. Which form should I use in proseries to file her LLC?

Nothing? Single Member LLC is disregarded for tax purposes. Multi Member LLC default tax status is Partnership. Partnership is not required to file if no income or deductions.

MD does require an annual Form 1 plus $300 to keep the LC alive. I'm guessing ProSeries doesn't do it.

Go to MD SDAT. It can be filed online. Better yet have your client do it.
