Filing a deceased taxpayer electronically

Could someone please explain how to e-file a tax return for a deceased individual when there is a court-appointed representative? I have attached the relevant document. The system is requesting a Form 1310, but I understand that this form is not necessary when there is a court-appointed representative. Thank you!

IRS does not follow its own instructions. Do the 1310. And it still might not efile.

The more I know the more I don’t know.

    So you file the 1310 and send a pfd of the court document?
