File transfer for 2021 data did not all carry to 2022, what happened?

Why did all my 2021 client file did not upload to my 2022 Proseries?

You have to manually transfer them in.

From Homebase, click the Transfer button on the toolbar and highlight all your 2021 clients and transfer them into 2022.

Or are you saying you did that but the files don't appear?

I transfered clients awhile back. this client wasn't in the list and I checked that I did their return in 2021. i need to do the 2022 now and need the transfer

Then in your Homebase select File then Transfer then Transfer Clients and find the file name from her file for last year. You can transfer just her file without transferring all the others.
