File Amended return 1040X and GA 500X

I was able to e file the federal amendment, but the GA amendment gave an error: "Recheck the client identity" even though there were not error on the state review. Any suggestions on where to look? Yes, I can always mail the state. Thanks!

Did their drivers license expire between the time it was entered and now when youre amending it? Federal doesnt care, but GA might. Look at the ID verification page on the federal return.

I have not entered drivers license info for the client. Maybe that will work. I will let you know. Thanks!

Putting in Drivers' License info did not work. I have concluded there is a circular coding error in Pro Series. Clicking the File Amended Return button still gives an error. Unblocking give another error. The conflict is with the Federal information screen and the GA infomation screen.

I had the client mail in the GA state return.
