What would cause the tax program to not carry over amounts onto the Federal Carryover Worksheet?

Boxes a, d, and e are blank.

The fed carryover worksheet is used for LOTS of different carryovers....are you just asking about the state and local tax info at the very top?  Did they have withholdings and payments for 2023 that arent showing up?
