I have renewed my subscription for ProSeries fast path, but when I submit 2024 is telling me to visit my status on my account.

any recommendations

Try this.. from Homebase > Tools > License Products

Did you use the same product for 2024?  Professional vs Basic?  You chose Basic as your product in this post, but did you have Basic last year too?  If you switched form Pro to Basic or vice versa the licensing doesnt seem to work for the prior year, you need to call into Support to get access.
