FAM I Invalid Print Driver

Thank you George, unfortunately, there is nothing to print, i.e. screen never gets any report at all or a blank report.  Thinking it is update issue, ie windows updates, but FAM Proseries did not update FAM, as that is a 'lonely' child, ie not at high priority.  I am hoping PROSERIES/FAM area sees this post and has a solution, as there was a old post with similar issue, but post replies were taken down? 

As 2023 and 2024 no longer print, but could do so in April, wondering what updates occurred, maybe as others have issue, Proseries/FAM will reach out to us, as most are long time users!

1) This is FAM, so the Proseries Tool Hub usually does not impact the FAM.  Also, when tried to download the new security on system, indicated it should NOT be downloaded?

2) Yes, I can print from all other programs.  I even can print from the Proseries 24 tax program.  

Does FAM NOT support some printers?  Note: I have various printers, and changed the default to another printer, and still nothing on screen!  The issue is it does not even generate a report (regardless of what report selected).  It probably is something very simple, but can not find at moment.
