FAM 25 not showing reports

I downloaded and installed FAM today, and after wasting an hour on hold with Tech Support (my agent Shauntavia was wonderful) I was told the reports were not showing as they were not ready yet!

Why on earth was this not posted online when I downloaded the software, or at least let your agents know so we don't waste so much time?

ALSO, when will these reports be finalized? We need to complete tax returns.

2025 FAM reports and software have been working fine for me since very early December.

    Thanks great -are you running on a network?

    I was told by Intuit Tech Support that the reports were not showing on our system due to a software problem that would be corrected in a future outdated after she logged in and looked at it. 

    Appreciate your input.

    Peer-to-peer, so no server network.

    Consider uninstalling, and redownloading.
