I'm relatively new to this whole ssl thing, could use a little guidance. I don't have a website yet, just doing e-file right now. What is a good reliable company to use? Does it need to BE IRS approved? I can't seem to find a list on the E- file website for IRS. gov.  Please and thank you for all your help and guidance. I'm opening my first office this year and all your help is very appreciated.

I know a lot of people use Squarespace for websites.  I started a long time ago and back then GoDaddy was big.. They are still a big player in this arena.. That is who I went with and it has served me very well.  If you google CPA Medina Ohio I pop up first.. Important to get a lot of good key words in your webpages and get google reviews.. that also propels you.

If you ask ChatGPT  "can you give me a step by step list for creating and maintaining a website for my tax business"

it does a pretty good job
